Imagine that our modern world, suddenly degraded to the level of primitive savages. It is impossible to believe, and did not want. As we know, after the fall of the ancient states on their territories comes a long period of civil strife, widespread bloody wars, the general decline. Let's think, and why it suddenly, in a historically insignificant, short time (some two centuries) we hit a powerful stream of scientific, technical and technological discoveries and inventions? We are all that dramatically smarter? Not at all, no. The case is unfortunately, completely different. scientific, technical and technological breakthrough, perfect humanity in a short time (the last two centuries), inexplicable and suspicious. We are such a jerk just could not do. Especially if we take into account the speed with which humanity has evolved to the present.
6. Most discoveries and inventions move humanity forward, throughout the period of evolution, done by individuals, and not all of humanity. But, let's look at another aspect of human evolution - the scientific and technical discoveries and technological advances. Both of these studies were very expensive and took a lot of time in the most learned men of past centuries. Currently, the most striking example is the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). This modern humanity LHC cost billions of dollars, and the scientific and practical results is minimal. It turns out that the scientific and the practical effect of accidental discoveries of individuals, sometimes much more than targeted efforts of all mankind. This is what one person smarter than everyone else? And maybe someone throughout history, regularly "tells" individuals various discoveries and inventions? From the above we can draw the following conclusions:
1. The human race, throughout its historical path, developed inexplicable unstable - instead of the gradual move forward on the path of progress and evolution, constantly there is strong recovery, it does no explainable, falling to the initial level (especially incomprehensible to the modern leap in the development of mankind). If you look logically, intelligent race must evolve gradually, more and more complicated, but not so abruptly, as we do. So, maybe we help someone? Then, this is someone clearly does not belong to the human race.
2. Among the people that at all times have been, are, and, perhaps will be more people who can think or invent some new, complex and unusual, progressive, in a given period of time, discovery or invention. This question of mankind has no answer, but the main, if not the only role in the evolution and scientific -Technical development of human race belongs clearly to people. That role belongs to us incomprehensible external power or external (outer) mind. If only admit this fact, all of these historical mysteries and inconsistencies are quite clear and understandable. What is the role of humanity in all of this? Most likely, we perform the role of a natural material, which practiced techniques for the implementation of a certain kind of intelligence in living beings. Of course, this sounds very humbling, and on the other hand, if it were not for the cosmic mind (external force), we still, climbed to the trees, and would fight for its existence with a hostile wilderness. So, we do not worth complaining about. And, anyway, do not consider yourself a crown evolutionary chain, or the king of nature. Perhaps the task of humanity, to show their skills on their own, without any external influence, steadily and progressively develop. And, not only technically and scientifically, but also spiritually, this is important.
