Hypnosis helps in treating depression and neurosis


Hypnosis is a state of physical and mental relaxation, which allows the subconscious mind of man to be "open" for the positive changes in thoughts, feelings, and general attitude towards life. Hypnosis has led to the concentration, it uses the power of your subconscious to achieve the desired changes in different areas of your life. It is a scientific, natural and relaxing method, which has a powerful influence on the formation of self-confidence and stress.

 All hypnosis is essentially a process of self-hypnosis , since neither reason nor self-control is lost during the session. If you do not want to be hypnotized, it will not happen because of the ability of self-control. Hypnosis is a method of reducing your will and not a way to get you to do something that you do not want to do, is not a dream, and, of course, is not magic. The best way to describe hypnosis - it's all about intelligent people who have the ability to concentrate.

Everyone can be hypnotized, however, the question is, to what extent? Some people really are more susceptible to hypnosis than others. In this procedure, no domination or submission. Hypnosis helps a person to specify his own full potential, such as participation in public events in front of thousands of people with no experience of such events. Consent subjected to hypnosis is absolutely necessary, because no one can be hypnotized against their will.

You should know that hypnotist does not have absolute control on your mind. Hypnosis is an anesthetic that can leave you helpless, but nobody can do anything against your moral principles and norms. Hypnosis is a means of liberation from bad habits, behavior and helps to strengthen their own talents and abilities. 

Studies have shown that 80 percent of hypnotized people come into light or average levels of hypnosis.
Some people think that there is a risk that you can not "wake up" after hypnosis. In fact, if during the hypnosis session the process goes wrong, it can lead you only to natural sleep, when you wake up or you wake up from hypnosis shortly after the hypnotist stops talking.

 In a state of mild or medium level of hypnosis you are fully aware of what is happening during and after the procedure. On a deeper level of hypnosis, amnesia can occur.
